Dok je moja mama bila jo? mlada curka, na?la je ovaj recept na pole?ini pra?ka za pecivo?ona i baka su ga malo modificirale i tako su ovi jednostavni crno bijeli keksi?i postali dio moga djetinjstva?s godinama puno pri?a se nakupilo oko keksi?a, tako da kad ih danas pravimo, ne ku?amo samo keksi?e, ve? i lijepa sje?anja..nadam se da ?e tako biti i s vama :)









Sastojci

300 g bra?na

120 g ?e?era

100 g margarina

2 male ?lice pra?ka za pecivo

1 vanili ?e?era

2 ?lica ruma

4-6 velike ?lice mlijeka

2 velika ?lica kakaa

2 mala ?lica cimeta



Priprema



Umijesite glatko tijesto od bra?na, ?e?era, margarina, pra?ka za pecivo, vanili ?e?era, ruma i mlijeka. Tijesto dobro izraditi i podijeliti na dva dijela. U jedan dio dodati kakao plus jo? 1 ?licu mlijeka i cimet. oba tijesta razvaljati. Staviti jedno tijesto na drugo i zarolati. staviti pe?i na 250 stupnjeva, oko 15-20 minuta. Mi volimo da su malo sirovije, jer kad se tijesto ohladi, bude mek?e :) Izvadit na dasku i rezati. Posuti sa ?e?erom u prahu i papati :)

Spiral Cookie 



300 g flour

120 g sugar

100 g margarine

2 teaspoon baking powder

1 vanilla sugar

2 tablespoon rum

4-6 tablespoons milk

1 tablespoon cocoa powder

2 teaspoon cinnamon

 


 Preparation



Mix the flour, sugar, margarine, baking powder, vanilla sugar, rum and milk into a smooth dough. Knead dough and divide into two parts. In one part add the cocoa plus 1 tablespoon milk and cinnamon. Roll out the dough. Put the dough on one another and roll. Bake it in the oven on 250 degrees, for about 15-20 minutes. Do not overdo cookies, it's tastier if you leave the dought a little bit moist (raw), because when the cookies are cooled, they are much more softer :) Take out on the board and cut into pieces. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy :)
