Sprained Thumb

By (Visit website)

Have you ever sprained your thumb opening the top on your shampoo?  It hurts and doesn’t really want to move.  Should I write to the manufacturer of the shampoo suggesting that they might want to find a different container company?  Hmmmm… depends how much worse my thumb gets.

The start of a festive Thursday.  VPX protein got me through 45 minutes on the ET and 30 minutes of a shoulder and ab workout.  I went walking with Shane for about 38 minutes.  We saw a lot of deer racing around this morning. Two were leaping from the MVCC parking lot and then 5 more ran across the Parkway. Shane thought he should join the fun but I had different ideas.

The walking this time of year is getting a bit discouraging.  For some reason, the walks are not being cleared and as I think I mentioned before, when you resort to using the road, the early morning drivers seem to want to use you as target practice.  Not to mention the slipping on ice which is either covered by snow or in a dark area so you just don’t see it coming.  I’m sure by April,  I will have discussed various bumps and bruises from these out door excursions.  But for now, march on!

Breaking the fast.cream-of-rye-with-apple-001

Protein:  VPX with FUZE and about 3 slices of banana.

Cereal:  1/3 cup cream of rye + apple pie spice, 1/2 a chopped apple, and about 3 slices of banana.

Fruit:  The other 1/2 of the apple + 2 strawberries.

So why is it Festive Thursday?  We have the C-Flex Holiday Celebration lunch today and tonight, Ted and I go to The Hook Line and Sinker for his company’s  holiday party.

That’s all for now. Have a super day.
