Antipasto pasta salad

Ingredients

• 1 libra. small shell pasta
• ¼libra provolone cubed
• ¼ libra Genoa or hard salami cubed
• ¼ libra pepperoni cubed
• 2 green or 1 green and 1 red pepper, coarsely chopped
• 3 celery stalks, coarsely chopped
• 1 small can black olives, sliced
• ½ cup green olives, halved
• 3 tablespoons. chopped onion
• 3 diced tomatoes
• 1 tablespoon oregano
• 1 ½ teaspoon. salt
• 1 teaspoon. pepper
• ½ cup. vinegar
• ¾ cup. olive oil

Preparation

• Cook pasta according to directions on package. Allow to cool.
• Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Make one day ahead to marinate.
