Apple and pomegranate fresh salad

Ingredients:

2 sour apples, peeled and cored
seeds of 1 midsize pomegranate
1-2 tablespoons honey
juice of half lemon, freshly squeezed
1/2 cup almonds (may be slightly toasted)
few fresh leaves of salad (lettuce, iceberg , Chinese cabbage)

Preparation:

Dice the peeled and cored apples and mix with pomegranate seeds.

Mix well together honey and lemon and season.

Add almonds and mix.

Serve over fresh leaf salad, which also can pre-season lightly with honey and lemon dressing.

Serve as an appetizer or side dish with meat...
