Ingredients:
300g Minced Pork
6 Kueh Pie Tee shells (optional)
2 tsp Fish sauce
½ tsp Dark Soya sauce
½ tsp Sugar
½ tsp Chilli peppers

Preparation:
1) Remove stems from Basil. Were just using the leaves. Rinse well.
2) Sautéed garlic till fragrant. Add pork & break it up. Keep frying until pork starts to turn from pink to a uniform opaque colour.
3) Add seasonings, sugar & chillies. Mix well. Put about 2 tsp of the pork mixture into the shells & serve.
