Ingredients:
1. Baby corn
2. Corn flour or besan flour
3. soya sauce
4. Ginger garlic paste
5. Black pepper
6. salt
7. Cooking oil

Preparation:
Combine plain flour, cornflour, salt, 1 tsp soya sauce, pinch of blackpeper and 1 tsp of ginger-garlic-green chilli paste in a bowl and mix it throughly. Add the baby corns in the mixture, mix well and deep fry in a kadhai(pan) till it turns golden brown from all the sides. Keep aside.
