Ingredients:
1 cup bean sprouts - break the tail part, rinsed and drained.
1 cup salad leaves - shredded
3 eggs
1 red (abt 100g) onion - sliced thinly
2 red chillies - sliced thinly
Pepper and salt for taste
oil as needed

Preparation:
Into a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients except oil.
Drizzle a bit of oil onto a heated flat frying pan.
Using a spoon, scoop some of the egg mixture and place on the pan.
Flatten it to spread and fry to cook on both sides, with a bit of brownish color on top.
Repeat the same process for the balance of the egg mixture.
Serve once done.
