  • In large mixing bowl add boiled chana (chickpeas) and add in salt red pepper powder chaat masalah.
  • In yogurt add pudina chatni cubes(mint sause), coriander, green chili paste and mix well.
  • Add this pudina chatni (mint sauce) in chana.
    Mix the chatni and chana evenly.
  • Now chop the onion and tomatoes.
    Mix them in chana.
  • Slice the boiled potatoes half inch thick and add them in chana.
    Now garnish the chaat with all the vegetables.
  • Sprinkle some chaat masalah and imli chatni (tamarind sauce).
  • Note;
    Boil the potatoes not to soft otherwise they will break easily.
    Do not cut the potatoes so thin.
    To avoid chaat to be messy add in potatoes in the end to be safe side as they are easily broken and can make the chaat look messy.
    The pudina chatni should not be thick add little water to the yogurt.
