Ingredients:
For The Chicken Wings
5 chicken wings - cut into two pieces between the thick and thin bones
1 1/2 cup corn flakes - crushed
5 garlic - chopped
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
1/2 tbsp chilly flakes
4 tbsp olive oil
salt to taste
For The Sweet Potatoes
2 (about 300g) sweet potatoes - boiled and cubed
2 tbsp olive oil
Pepper and salt to taste

Preparation:
Marinate the wings with garlic, oregano, basil, chilly flakes and salt for 1 hour at least.
Roll over the corn flakes to coat all over
Place on a baking tray.
Drizzle oil all over
Bake at 210C for 40 mins or until the chicken is coated with a golden brown color on top.
For The Sweet Potatoes
In a mixing bowl, combine in all ingredients and toss together
To Serve
Place the sweet potatoes in the centre of a serving plate and surround with the wings.
Serve while its still hot.
