Creamy edamame dip
A healthy dip for your veggies and crackers

Pea dip, perfect with a creamy burrata !
Preparation
- Cook edamame in a saucepan of boiling water until crisp -tender, 3-4 minutes. Drain, rinse with cold water.
- Place cooked edamame with all the remaining ingredients except peppers in a food processor or blender.
- Process until smooth add a tsp of water if it seems thick.
- Transfer to a bowl and serve with anything from veggies to rice crackers.
