Eggs baked in tofu with lime sauce

Ingredients:

500g tofu[2 pcs]
4eggs
salt and pepper to taste
4 tablespoon mayonnaise
4 tablespoon oil
LIME SAUCE
1 clove of garlic
1/2 cup fish sauce[available in super markets]
1/2cup fresh lime juice
3 hot chillis thinly sliced into rings
1/4 tsp sugar
2 sticks celery finely chopped
1/2 red capsicum finally chopped
  Preparation:

preheat oven to 250 degree C for 15 mins.rinse tofu under cold water.pat dry with kitchen paper towel.halve each piece of tofu,so you have 4 pcs.with a spoon,hollow out each piece of tofu in the middle to create a 'well'big enough to hold an egg.
grease an ovenproof dish with a little oil.place tofu in the dish.break 1 egg into each hollow,created in the tofu pcs.sprinkle salt and pepper to taste and top each egg with 1 tbsp of mayonnaise.bake for 10 mins or until the eggs are set.
LIME SAUCE
mix all ingredients together in a bowl.

TO SERVE-remove baked tofu onto a serving plate,pour sauce over it and serve.
