Ingredients:
1 can (about 180g) tuna chunks in olive oil
1 (about 90g) potato - boiled and mashed
1 red chilly - sliced thinly
3 shallots - chopped
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp fish curry powder
2 sprigs curry leaves - shredded
1 egg
1 tbsp corn flour
salt and pepper to taste
oil for frying

Preparation:
Add all the ingredients except the oil for deep frying into a bowl, mix and combine in.
Scoop little by little or shape using a spoon before deep frying.
Drain and serve while its hot with any type of dipping sauce as preferred.
