The recipe is incomplete. An experienced cook could make it work but a novice would need to know how much of each, and which spices to use. How were the marinated pieces prepared for frying?
When submitting a recipe, it is necessary to make sure it is fully understandable by a person who knows absolutely nothing about cooking.

How do you cook it? Just marinate and eat? I don't eat raw chicken. I'm not a cannibal!
