Ingredients:
1 -142 gm of Italian salad mix
1 cup red seedless grapes
1 tbsp mayo
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Dijon
1 tbsp honey
1.5 tbsp lemon juice
salt and freshly ground black pepper

Preparation:
Whisk dressing ingredients in a small bowl. Put salad leaves and grapes in glass bowl. Pour the dressing over it.
Toss gently. Serve immediately as a side to any meat or vegetable dish. We had it with marinated salmon with sour cream and honey mustard.
