What is so special about this fried chicken is, it is fried twice!

- 1.Pound black pepper, fennel seeds, cloves, cumin and shallots to a fine paste
- 2.Marinate chicken with the paste and the rest of the items for at least 4 hours (overnight will be better)
- 3.In wok, medium heat fry the chicken until it is 3/4 cooked.
- 4.Just before you serve to your guest, using new oil deep fry the chicken for the second time. (the oil must be really hot)
