Ingredients:
100g minced chicken (keep aside 1 tbsp for frying)
1 stalk of onion leaves (sliced into smaller pieces)
1 tbsp corn flour
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp light soy sauce
1 tsp grounded ginger juice
4 cloves garlic (chopped)
150g cabbage (shredded)
1 tsp chicken granules
3 tbsp olive oil
1/2 litre water
salt to taste

Preparation:
Into the minced chicken, add 3/4 of the spring onions, cornflour, black pepper powder, light soy sauce and ginger juice. Mix all together.
When oil is heated, fry the garlic and 1 tbsp of the minced chicken for about 5 mins.
Add water as well as salt and chicken granules. Let it come to a boiling point. Drop small portions of the prepared minced chicken inside and cook until the chicken floats on top.
Off the heat, add the cabbage and the onion leaves. Give a good stir before serving.
