This is a Delicious Paneer and Mushroom fry which can be enjoyed as an Appetizer.


PANEER-MUSHROOM PEPPER FRY

Ingredients:

Paneer(Cut into Cubes) -- 1/2Cup
Green Bell Pepper(Chopped) -- 1/4Cup
Orange Bell Pepper(Chopped) -- 1/4Cup
Mushrooms(Chopped) -- 1/4Cup
Ginger(Chopped) -- 1Tsp
Garlic(Chopped) -- 3Cloves
Green Chilli -- 4
Salt -- To Taste
Onions(Chopped) -- 1/4Cup
Tomato Ketchup -- 1Tbsp
Vinegar -- 1Tbsp
Chilli Sauce -- 1Tbsp
Oil -- 4Tbsp
Black Pepper Powder -- 1Tbsp
Preparation:

step 1
First heat Oil in a pan and fry the Paneer Cubes till they turn into Golden Brown Color and keep them to aside on a Paper Towel.

Again heat Oil in a pan and add Ginger, Garlic and Green Chilli.

Fry them for 2min. Then add Onions and Bell Peppers(Both Green & Orange). Add Salt and fry them till they become soft.

Then add Mushrooms to the Pan and fry them till they become soft.

Now add the Fried Paneer Cubes and mix them well.

step 6
Now comes the time for sauces. Add Chilli Sauce, Tomato Ketchup, Vinegar.
Finally add Black Pepper Powder and Mix it well.

Tasty Paneer-Mushroom Pepper Fry is Ready to Serve.
