Poor man's chef salad

Ingredients

• 1 head of iceberg lettuce
• 1 can red kidney beans (rinsed & drained)
• 1 apple (peeled & sliced)
• 1 small red onion (sliced thin)
• ½ cup of ham (ends from the deli)
• 2 stalks of celery (sliced thin)
• ½ cup of cheese ends from the deli
• ½ gourmet cucumber

Dressing:

• ½ cup ketchup
• ¼ cup mustard
• ¼ cup olive oil
• 2 tablespoons vinegar
• ½ teaspoon hot sauce
• 2 tablespoons water
• 2-3 tablespoons honey

Preparation

• Chop all ingredients for salad and place in bowl.
• Combine all ingredients for dressing and drizzle over salad.
