Ingredients:
1 bunch (about 200g) baby spinach - pluck out the leaves, soaked and washed thoroughly. After draining, wipe dry to remove excess water.
Oil for frying
For the batter
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 tbsp cumin seeds
2 eggs
water as needed
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:
Combine all the ingredients for the batter, add water to get a thin runny batter.
When oil is heated, deep either a couple of spinach leaves or each one in individually into the batter.
Deep fry until crispy and crunchy.
Remove and drained after which served immediately.
