Finely chopped onion:1/2cup
Red chilli powder:1/4tsp
Besan flour:3tbs or more as needed
Lime juice:1tsp
Salt&pepper to taste
Finely chopped coriander leaves:a few
Oil for deep-frying

Method:
Drain&pat dry the corn kernels.Crush them lightly in a dry grinder.Combine all the ingredients in a bowl except oil.Mix well to form a very thick mixture.(add more flour if needed).Boil enough oil in a kadai.Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into boiling oil&deep-fry till golden brown n crisp.Serve warm with chili sauce or with ur fav dip....
