Ingredients:
2 large (abt 350g) tomatoes - sliced thinly
1 large (abt 220g) onion - sliced thinly
5 cloves garlic - chopped
2 tsp black pepper powder
1 bunch coriander leaves - sliced into 1 1/2 inch length
3 tbsp olive oil
salt to taste

Preparation:
When oils heated, saute the onions and garlic to soften for about 3-4 mins.
Add in the the tomatoes and cook until it becomes very mushy.
Pour in 1/2 litre of water.
Add in salt and pepper.
Let it simmer until a boiling point.
Off the heat and stir in the coriander leaves.
