Ingredients:
6 oz can of tuna
2 heaping Tbsp of Greek yogurt
1 heaping Tbsp of chunky salsa
1 tsp of grated parmesan cheese
1 ½ Tbsp of sundried tomatoes chopped
6 large black olives roughly chopped
Salt and Pepper to taste
3 slices provolone cheese
1 large tortilla

Preparation:
In small bowl mix tuna with Greek yogurt, salsa, parmesan cheese, sundried tomatoes, black olives, and salt/pepper.
Place 1 ½ slices of cheese on tortilla, add mixture, then top with other half of cheese. Cook under broiler, or in a pan stove top to get crispy outside.
