Ingredients:
1 small packet (about 200g) white oyster mushrooms - washed and tear into pieces
2 small ( about 150g) tomatoes - sliced thinly
1 (about 120g) onion - sliced thinly
1 tbsp cumin seeds
1 1/2 tbsp turmeric/kunyit powder
1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 liter water
1 stalk coriander leaves - sliced thinly
1 stalk spring onion - sliced thinly
4 tbsp oil
salt to taste

Preparation:
When oil is heated, saute the sliced onions to soften.
Add cumin seeds, turmeric powder and sliced tomatoes.
Continue stirring till the tomatoes becomes mushy.
Pour in water and let it simmer.
Once heated through, add mushrooms and salt to taste.
Wait for the mushrooms to be cooked and once done, off the heat.
Add lemon juice and both the sliced herbs.
Stir and serve while piping hot.
