Ingredients:
00g chicken fillet meat (sliced into smaller pieces)
Mix the chicken pieces with:
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp cornflour
1/2 tsp dark soy sauce
salt to taste
Other Ingredients
90 watercress - cut the roots off, slit the stems into and chop into 1 inch pieces.
5 cloves garlic - sliced thinly
3 bay leaves
1 tsp msg free chicken granules
salt to taste
3 tbsp olive oil

Preparation:
When oil is heated, fry the chicken pieces for about 5 mins.
Remove and keep aside, In the same oil, fry the sliced garlic pieces to a light golden brown color.
Pour in 1/2 liter of water, add bay leaves, chicken granules and salt to taste (use sparingly).
Add inside the watercress and it will take about 10 to 15 mins for the watercress to soften. When this is done, the chicken goes in. Stir and off the heat before serving the soup immediately.
