Stir Fry - Veggie Style
![]() 1 lb chopped broccoli 1 c sliced onions 1 c sliced red bell peppers 2 cups mushrooms cook Heat large pan over medium high heat. Add about 2 tbl of olive oil. Add broccoli and cook for 3 minutes; add onion and cook for 2 more minutes. Add bell pepper and cook for 2 more minutes. Then add mushrooms and cook for two more minutes.
