Stuffed pepper

In summer varieties of peppers are from my garden.
I love all kind of peppers. My favorite dish is stuffed peppers.
Banana peppers, green peppers and red peppers they all have different taste.

Ingredients:
6-8 long peppers
3tbsp crushed powdered peanuts
3tbsp besan or gram flour
2tsp oil
salt to taste sugar and lemon juice to your preference
2tsp coriander and cumin powder
1/4 tsp of chili

How to make:
1.Quick fry beasn or gram flour in a 2tsp of oil heated on a low heat in a nonstick pan.
2.ADD all the ingredients. Mix well with hand.
3. Wash and dry peppers and cut a silt in a middle.
4. FILL peppers with masala means mixture of spices
5. Roast on 200 degrees in oven for 20 Min's.
Peppers are ready to eat. Beauty of this recipe is that it can be served with any menu.
It can be used as garnish, can be eaten with Dal -Chawal- Roti as pickle.

Tips: Best way to garnish is with mung Dal .
Pour Dal in a plate and Keep peppers on top.
Now the dish is considered as a gourmet dish and can impress your guest.
