Sült alma


By "Anya, ez isteni!..." (Visit website)





Az egyik legegyszer?bb és legfinomabb kényeztet? falat. Fogcsikorgató hidegben, sejtelmesen besz?r?d? telihold fényénél nincs is jobb, mint a lakásban terjed? sült alma illata. Otthonérzés.



Hozzávalók:

alma

baracklekvár

dióbél



Az almát megmosom, a magházat kivájom úgy, hogy kisebb mélyedést kapjak. A diót apróra vagdalom, vagy eleve darált dióbelet használok. A magház helyére betöltöm a dióval elkevert baracklekvárt, süt?papíros tepsibe teszem, forró süt?be tolom és addig sütöm, míg az alma elkezd fonnyadni (kb 20 perc). Tányérra szedem, bekuckózok vele és boldogan tervezem az új fürd?szobánkat.
