Sushi Rice and Fried Tofu Bento
Whoa! Did I go a little bit overboard with the sushi rice!? I froze a bunch of it and still had enough for another bento! And who says you have to make sushi with sushi rice? Are there rules? Nah… So anyways there was a#twittersushiparty a couple day’s ago, and whenever the word party is mentioned…I go crazy and start cooking. Fortunately for me, rice can be frozen and stored as bento-stash, which means my excitement didn’t totally go to waste and there will be many musubi, onigiri, and fried rice bentos to come. I made more tamagoyaki for Saba Man as that is his favorite egg-dish. And let me tell you…Saba Man has a very different attitude about eggs than I do. He loves them! The other items are pretty ordinary: fried tofu, ham, squash…and those dark things? They’re grapes! related searches : Sushi
