Butterscotch Cashew Bars


I love cashews and completely agree with Melissa when she says that they’re not used nearly enough in baking. So, I was really excited when I found out about this week’s SMS choice. Melissa’s recipe is really simple and takes little time to put together… the toughest part is waiting for the bars to cool! :) I took them to the bff’s housewarming party yesterday and they were a hit. I even gave out the recipe to 3 guests (I love this book!)!
