Symptoms of a Gluten Allergy in Your Kids

Wondering if you should look into a gluten-free diet for your kids?  Look for these symptoms and talk to your doctor.  If your child has Celiac disease, a simple blood test will reveal it.  Whatever you do, don't, DO NOT, change his diet before taking the test.  Gluten takes only 24 hours to work out of your system, and if it isn't present during the test, the doctor can't test for Celiac.
