Tapa at Itlog

By Cooking Passion (Visit website)

This is an authentic breakfast meal loved by all pinoys here, the tapa (dried beef) and itlog(eggs). The lean beef is marinated in spices and seasonings like salt, pepper, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, onions and garlic. Deep fried in hot oil and sliced into bite pieces. For the egg, you can have it sunny side up or scrambled. Serve this with either fried or plain rice. Yummy!
