Tempt My Tummy Tuesday- Garden Salad with Almonds and Oranges

By BlessedwithGrace (Visit website)

I am glad you are  joining us for Tempt My Tummy Tuesday, this week. I co- host with my sister, Lana. Please be polite and follow the rules of a blog carnival, mentioning TMTT and linking back to this post from your blog post. Thanks.

I am in Austin, Texas visiting my family and enjoying sweet cuddle time with my new nephew. Lana and the new baby are doing well and she thanks you all for the well wishes and prayers.
Today I am sharing a family favorite. This salad is so yummy and my mom makes it to accompany many meals. It is so good my 15 year old nephew loves it! How many teenage boys choose salad as a favorite side dish? So, I think that is saying something. The recipe comes from a cookbook I have referenced on many occasions. It is the favored cookbook of my mom, sister, sister in law, and myself. I don?t know what we would do without our Necessities and Temptations from the Junior League of Austin.
Saturday night mom served this salad with a family friends Chicken Spaghetti recipe. I will share that recipe soon. It is a new twist on Chicken Spaghetti.
