Terre Brune 1999

Como escrevi no post anterior o José Aurélio me deu duas garrafas de vinho da Sardenha. Estas tinha sido compradas por sua mulher em viagem à ilha. O segundo vinho é o Terre Brune, um vinho da Cantina de Santadi.

Apesar de ser uma cooperativa, Santadi produz os melhores vinhos da Sardenha e de toda a Itália. Trata-se da pouca conhecida denominação de origem: Carignano Del Sucis. Aqui está o review, segundo análise do livro Vinhos do Mundo Todo, (Editora Zahar):



O Terra Brune combina notas de alcatrão e frutas silvestres, aliadas a taninos elegantes e de longa persistiencia.

O vinho é preparado com as cepas Carignano 95% e Bovaleddu 5%. Descansa por 18 meses em barricas francesas de carvalho o que lhe confere muita complexidade aromática. 91 pontos por Robert Parker. Pronto para beber, até 2016.
