Thai Tomato Salad

Ingredients: SALAD 9 campari tomatoes (camps are about the size of golf balls) (diced) 4 pickling cucumbers (or, 1 large English) (chopped) 1 red bell pepper (chopped) 1 yellow pepper (chopped) 1/2 red or yellow onion (diced) 1 avocado (chopped) handful of freshly chopped cilantro DRESSING 1/4 cup lime juice 2 tbsp sesame oil 1 1/2 tbsp tamari (reduced sodium) 1 tsp miso 1 packet of stevia 1/2 tsp red chili paste (1 tsp if you prefer more spice) Directions:
