The Healthiest Cookies
For making these you need about half an hour, and following ingredients: ? 250g tropic muesli (i.e. muesli containing dried tropic fruits); Put muesli in orange juice and leave it aside for 15 minutes. While it is soaking, peel and grate the apple. After 15 minutes, mix muesli, apple, and honey and make medium sized balls out of the mass. Roll cookies in coconuts or hazelnuts, whichever you chose, and that?s it! I sometimes put them in the oven heated on 200°C and let them for about half an hour. They taste excellent when warm! And to be honest, I do this when I?m lazy to measure juice, and add more than needed. It is obvious that these balls NEED to be dried in the oven!!! My next idea is to try something similar with different kind of oats, mueslis, fruits, and other ingredients. Till I come out with new recipes, enjoy this one!
