Things made simple
Some might serve it as an appetizer, as I do like the Thai Chili Sauce which brings a little sweet taste to the dressings. Thai food are often served with a kick of sweet, sour and spicy. A Tom Yam dish makes a good example. I love making dish with Tofu. It's just sitting there waiting for you to put any flavour into it. And this time, I just think a taste of Thai would be a good try. With a great crunch of shredded greens makes it a good appetizer. It's so simple and easy to make I don't even think you'll need the recipe, but here's how it goes..Tofu Salad with Thai Chili Sauce Dressing Recipe (serves 4) 1pack of Fried Tofu (Beancurd) 2 medium Carrots 1 medium Cucumber 1 large onion some green mango For the Dressing: 4tbsp Thai Chili Sauce 1tbsp lime juice 1tsp lime zest a clove of minced garlic (optional) a pinch of salt Method: Rinse the fried tofu and place it in simmering water for a minute or two, just to warm it up and get some of the excess oil out. Bring it out from the boiling water and soak them into cold water. Drain and give it a good squeeze. Shred or slice the remaining ingredients. As for the dressing, just mix all up and pour it on top of the salad. ![]() related searches : Things
