Thoroughly Thursday: Gadgets & Gizmos: Citrus Squeezer

Summertime is the time of year I use my Citrus Squeezer the most.  Whether it's for salads, marinades, pies, drinks, you name it...if the recipe calls for fresh lemon, lime or orange juice, then this is the tool for you!

All you do is place a lemon, lime or small orange half into the bottom bowl part and squeeze with all your might! (Yes, this takes a little muscle...but not a whole lot.)  The best part is that you get all the juice and no seeds!  The bowl of the squeezer has small holes that lets the juice through, but traps the seeds to discard later.  It's very easy to clean up, just pull out the unused portions with the seeds and throw in the trash.  Then, all you have to do is rinse and pop it in the dishwasher. 

I love it!
