My sister gave me the
Pampered Chef Garlic Press
for my birthday a few years ago and I use it all the time. You don't even have to peel the garlic before you press it. You just pop a clove in, squeeze and voila! It's large enough that you can put a couple of small cloves in at a time. I have also used it for ginger and it works great for that as well! This is very easy to clean; it comes with this little paddle that helps you remove the unused peel. After I've removed the leftover stuff, I just drop it in the dishwasher and it gets squeaky clean! I highly recommend this garlic press!
