Til Ka Paneer
![]() Til Ka Paneer Ingredients 250 gm cottage cheese cut into one-inch cubes 20 gm corn flour 1 egg 1 gm white pepper Salt to taste 1 tablespoon white sesame seeds ( for final roasting ) Oil for frying For the sauce: 5 gm chopped garlic 2 tbsp tomato ketchup Salt to taste 1/4 tsp white pepper 1 sp vinegar 1/2 tbsp honey 2 tbsp oil Method Mix all the ingredients other than for the sauce in a bowl. Dip the paneer into it and keep aside for 15 minutes. Deep fry in a wok till paneer is light brown. To prepare the sauce, heat oil in a pan, put all the ingredients for the sauce into the oil and stir for three minutes. Now mix the cottage cheese in the sauce. Sprinkle the roasted sesame seeds on the cheese and serve hot.
