Tomato N Cucumber Salad

While preparing dinner today, i was thinking about FIC-Red&Green guest hosted by Neha of Tasty Recipes, event by Sunshinemom...i saw few beautiful tomatoes n cucumber laying in my fridge thought of preparing a salad, i immediately prepared this red & green salad...Refreshing salad with tomato n cucumber pieces, served with olive oil dressing...prefect for summer, its a kinda crunchy n delicious salad suits very well even for picnic..





2nos Tomatoes

1no Cucumber



Olive Oil Dressing:

2tbsp Olive oil

1/4tsp Pepper powder

2tsp Apple Cider Vinegar

Salt



Cut the tomatoes and cucumber as small thin pieces..whisk together the olive oil, pepper powder, apple cider vinegar and salt until everything get well mixed..pour the olive oil dressing over the tomato n cucumber pieces, toss everything gently...



Serve  n enjoy!!!
