Toothbrush Subscription? Definitely
I stumbled upon a really cool new product while doddling in Whole Foods the other day – a recycled toothbrush made by Preserve. This is no fancy-pants toothbrush. It doesn’t have crazy looking rubber bristles. It doesn’t vibrate, nor is it “sonic”. But this toothbrush is refreshingly simple. It’s bent design allows me to easily reach every part of my mouth without switching hands or contorting my wrist.
It’s BPA-free It’s made of recycled yogurt cups (they have a partnership with Stonyfield Farms) It’s made in the USA and completely recyclable It comes with its own return-mailer packaging Yes, that’s right. When you’re done using this toothbrush (they recommend approximately every 3 months), you simply slip it back into the pouch it came in, tape the end shut, and drop it in the mail! Off goes your little toothbrush to be recycled! How cool is that? And it gets even better – there’s a toothbrush subscription! Yup! You pay $11, and they send you a new toothbrush every 3 months for a year! All you do is recycle your used brushes, and a new one shows up in your mailbox! So funny! What’s that?! Too many exclamation points?!! Well, dammit, I like the toothbrush! After visiting the website, I found some other items I want to get (of course). They have great colanders and mixing bowls! Although, I just bought a new colander Filed under: Try This!, Wellness Plan Tagged: BPA, green toothbrush, preserve toothbrush, recycle, recycled toothbrush
