Truffles ? a really simple recipe
?Normal? truffles can be a little bit heavy for me but I couldn?t resist the idea of this recipe which I saw recently in a magazine (and am easily reproducing from my brain despite my rubbish memory ? yes, it is that easy!) I also love that this recipe requires no measuring (or, in my case, guessing) and is so simple to whip up – but tastes divine. I?m at risk of overselling?but confident! Truffles 250g packet cream cheese, room temperature 250g packet smashed-up Digestive biscuits (Granola in Australia) 410g jar fruit mince glug of brandy (optional) cup choc sprinkles Stir in the biscuits, mince and, if required, brandy. Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes. Stir the cream cheese until it is smooth. Roll into balls with cold hands and decorate with sprinkles. Yumalicious! Share/Save related searches : Truffles
