Tuesdays with Dorie: Tender Shortcakes with Strawberries and Whipped Cream

Cathy of The Tortefeasor chose Tender Shortcakes for us TWDers this week!
Simple sweet biscuits perfect for fresh fruit topping and whipped cream. Yum! With Dorie's recipe I was able to make 11 generous sized shortcakes with my 1/3 C. scoop.

These beauties come out light and very delicate. Dorie says to fork split them, but mine just crumbled away, so I used my serrated knife to slice them.
