Turmeric Fish fry
Ingredients Fish slices-400gms Ginger and Garlic paste-2tbsp Red chilly powder-3tsp Turmeric powder-1 1/2tsp Coriander powder-4tsp Tamarind paste-1tsp Salt to taste Method Make a smooth paste out of ginger and garlic paste, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, tamarind paste and salt. Marinade the fish slices in this masala for 1 hour. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the fish slices until done. Serve hot.
