Day late and a dollar short...well I actually spent zero dollars on this one Woo-Hoo...My mom left puff pastry in my freezer from our trip to South Dakota, and since I just got a box of yummy Colorado peaches, I used them instead of apples, and it was good!!
Got my puff pastry rolled out and ready to go, added my cut peaches, gave it a milk bath on the edges, and eggs wash on top sprinkled with sugar, and it was good to go. So like a doh-doh I left it in the oven for the time Dorie suggested and it was about 10 minutes too long for me, so the edges are a bit burnt crunchy :-) But, none the less it was good!
