Unplanned Plans
Last night, I had planned on attending a birthday dinner for a friend, and then just going home afterwards. I had not planned on hearing about a cool concert going on, which eventually led me to end up having a few drinks and staying out later than I expected. Oh, well, what are ya gonna do? I had a good time, and it was better than sitting alone in my apartment all night Tuesday Lunch Where did we leave off? Oh yes, I took this snack with me to class: So chocolatey, mmm. Then lunch was a smorgasbord when I got home: toast w/ Swiss cheese, 1/3 cup CC, carrots, hummus, Kashi crackers And a D?Anjou: I went on a long, leisurely walk with my friend later in the afternoon. Walking makes me feel so good! I love it! When I got back, I had to rush to get ready for dinner though? Before going to bed last night, my slightly buzzed self wrote out a morning schedule: I?ve found that with the lack of structure that these summer mornings have brought, it?s helped me a lot to write down my goals for the morning/day ahead of me. Then, I stay focused, on track, and feel more productive. Breakfast Cereal mess!! 3/4 cup Kashi GoLean 1 banana 1/3 cup Kashi Honey Sunshine 1/2 cup plain yogurt 1 spoonful PB cinnamon Mmm, it gets quite mushy but I love it! With a side of affirmation: As per my schedule, I?ve got to print out some school stuff and hit the gym before heading to class. Hope you?re having a great Hump Day!!
