VACATION!

I am on vacation right now!  Yay!  Fingers crossed I should be on a plane on my way to Baltimore.  I won?t be back to work until January.  It always feels good to say ?See you next year!? when leaving work.  Unfortunately being the holidays, there were a lot of delicious temptations in the office.  I did not resist as well as I had hoped.

Breakfast was a break from the usual, I had some honey bunches of oats (but no All bran bran buds, boo)

To supplement I had a Weight Watchers breakfast Sandwich.  I think it had spent too much time in the freezer, the center tasted off so I tossed it.

I only was able to eat one of these grapefruit. I guess I?ll have another one at the airport tomorrow.

One of my coworkers brought in coffee cake.  I ate some. Bad Beth.

Lunch was an 8 piece California Roll.  It was just ok.  It was a working lunch and so I totally forgot to take a picture! Oops.

When I got back my boss Tom offered me some Gingerbread from Marczyk?s.  He told me to mention that it was made with Oscar Blue?s Gordon Ale.  This doesn?t mean too much to me, but the beer lovers in the office think it?s impressive.  The cake was super delicious and spicy.  I could totally taste the beer. This was worth it.

Dinner was the last of the sausage leftovers.  Still tasty.

I don?t seem to be able to stick to a sleeping schedule when Dan?s out of town so I?d better force myself to sleep tonight before midnight, I do have to wake up at 5 am.  yikes!
