This strawberry and coconut mixture creates a lovely pink martini that is perfect for Valentine's Day - the fresh strawberry and toasted coconut on the rim ramp up the colada flavor for a truly unique cocktail for your sweetheart. Enjoy and let me know how you like it. Vegas - every time I stop in there I sit in the lounge and have one of them. But I use actual strawberries and coconut milk instead of the prepared cocktail mixes most bars use, creating a much fresher, less artificial flavor.
