Vegan/Raw Cheesecake With Graham Cracker Crust

This is another recipe that uses raw cashews and it is delicious! You might not believe that this recipe tastes just like a standard cheesecake but it does!!!  Usually my husband at least has some kind of critique for my food but this time... nothing! He said he loved it! My sister even said that she liked it better that regular cheesecake! Did I use enough exclamation points?!!!


I got this recipe from therawtarian.com. Her version is completely raw, but I fudged on the crust so mine is only partially raw. Also, I used my own topping.  If you click on her link (above) she has a much better picture.
