Some call it Angled Luffa , at the asian groceries here it is called Sponge Gourd and today I found out that it is also called Chinese Okra because of its resemblance to Okra (note, they are not related at all) Sponge Gourd is low in calories as well as rich in pro-vitamin A , Vitamin C and Beta-Carotene which is essential for healthy skin, tissue, and eyesight. How do you prepare Sponge Gourd dishes?
